Our team recommended a full Marketo audit to document and notate both what was working and what wasn’t, allowing Tune to see how the system is set up, working, and configured. Our Marketo experts produced an audit which demonstrated aspects of their system set up and processes impacting both their overall business and marketing efforts.
Upon completion and evaluation of the Marketo instance, our team provided a summary report, campaign analysis summary, and scorecards. Recommendations and next steps were given – prioritization and plan for best results, both short-term and long-term, including any underutilized or non-utilized functionality.
